A visit to Shropshire to demonstrate to an organic farming group. Brought together by Julia Brereton of SASKAT Machinery Ring (which runs a labour section). Docks & Spear thistle in pasture were looked at. The event was publicised locally. Some 12 Lazy Dog root lifters were left with SASKAT. These were to encourage the organization of weeding brigades, and to make land managers aware of their availability.
